I, as a volunteer for Battersea Community Hub, agree to abide by all rules and policies of Battersea Community Hub including but not limited to professional behavior, appropriate attire and the policies detailed below.

I understand that Battersea Community Hub is a drug-free environment and I agree not to use, possess, distribute, sell, manufacture, or be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance while on Battersea Community Hub premises. I also understand that smoking is prohibited on Battersea Community Hub premises in accordance with applicable laws.

In case of accidents that result in injury, regardless of how insignificant the injury may appear, I agree to notify my supervisor and/or the Human Resource Director within twenty-four hours.

I understand that all Battersea Community Hub records and information relating to Battersea Community Hub, its donors, vendors and clients are confidential property of Battersea Community Hub and I agree to not disclose any confidential information, purposefully or inadvertently (through casual conversation), to any unauthorized person inside or outside the organization, I agree to consult my supervisor for clarification if I am unsure whether someone is an authorized person or whether information is confidential.

I authorize Battersea Community Hub or its agent to perform an investigation of any criminal history records I may have or any other relevant personal information.

Please do not take on more than you can easily give and feel free to say No to anything you are not happy to help out with. Whilst we will try to accommodate you in your preferred time and duties, we may suggest another time or area where we feel you would be best suited.
