At the Battersea Food Bank project, we aim to bridge the gap by providing regular hot meals and food bags to members of the community who are under pressure to feed themselves due to the impact of COVID-19 and other issues such as redundancy, homelessness, and domestic violence.
HOW DOES OUR FOOD BANK WORK?
1. DONATIONS
We receive non-perishable food, donated by the public, companies and churches.
3. REFERRALS
We accepts referrals from a local agency such as doctors, social workers, and charities.
3. DISTRIBUTION
We distribution our food at the local Adventist Church in Battersea SW8 4BL
